This garlic herb roasted potatoes, was made so easy with no fuss in Vitaclay! It is a perfect side dish for the summer when you don’t feel too hungry. Plus you don’t need to turn on your oven to heat up a whole house!
Simply toss in all ingredients and set it to go. Your prep time is only 5 minutes. In 25 minutes your yummy snack is ready to eat!
Ingredients
1-2 pounds small red or white potatoes
1/2 cup broth or water
1/4 cup good olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves)
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Mix all herbs together except parsley
2. Toss in potatoes and mix well
3. Set on stew to cook for 20-30 minutes
4. When potatoes are cooked, garnish with parsley.
