Try this power breakfast bowl full of nutritious ingredients - Oatmeal topped with goji berries to nourish kidneys and eyes, black sesame powder for strong bones, cranberries for preventing infections, pecans as the brain food, not to mention oats for heart health! 

Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free steel cut oats - NOT quick cooking
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 large smith apple, cut into small chunks
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
¼ cup pecans or walnuts, plus more as topping
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups water
1 teaspoon chia seeds optional
1 tablespoon maple syrup plus more to finish
Directions
1. Add all except toppings in VitaClay on stew to cook for 30 minutes. Or set it on delay to cook automatically without waking you up In morning!
2. Top with your favorite toppings.
