Ingredients
1 daikon or turnip, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 or 1/2 cup sweet pepper
1 zucchini squash or yellow squash
Or choose any if your favorite veggies
1-2 qt bone broth or veggie broth

Directions
1. Add all in VitaClay pot.
2. Set on stew to cook for 30 minutes.
