Lobster mushroom noodle soup with asparagus in turkey bone broth

Lobster mushroom noodle soup with asparagus in turkey bone broth

In this holiday season, I cook a lot of soup to nourish. Soups make me feel happy and relaxed and I can tell the beauty of myself in the mirror!

Turkey bone broth acts like a natural melatonin—which can help you rest—and serotonin, the chemical that signals your nerves and makes you feel happy and at ease. It makes you literally feel a physiological sense of comfort.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups bone broth
  • 2 oz dry pasta or spaghetti
  • 1-2 cooked lobster
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:

1. Add all in your vitaclay pot and set to cook for 20 minutes.

2. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add lobsters and continue to let it simmer for the rest of time or longer in warm cycle.

Enjoy!
