#keto #lowcarb one pot meal - with #cajun blackened cod, roasted peppers and asparagus. Real simple and easy. Preseason the cod with Cajun spices, add 1 cup of water in your #claypot , layer with asparagus, add seasoned fish on top. Push on stew for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked and tender.

Ingredients:
  • 2 filets of cod fish
  • 2-4 tablespoons Cajun spice mix
  • 1/2 lbs asparagus
  • 1/2 cup roasted peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water (if you use bigger #stockpot , add 4 cups water, place a steamer on top of the water, place asparagus in the steamer and fish on top)

Directions:
  • Preseason the cod with Cajun spices
  • add 1 cup of water in your #claypot ,
  • layer with asparagus, add seasoned fish on top.
  • Push on stew or fast for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked and tender.
