Some dishes are so intimidating to me that I don't even attempt to cook them. These usually include exotic dishes such as pad thai, sushi, kimchee, and Korean bulgogi.
While I love them and they are really delicious, as an American-raised white girl, I don't feel equipped to create authentic exotic dishes, so I settle for always eating them in restaurants.
And eating out every so often isn't terrible, but sometimes I want to eat these dishes a little more often, spending less money and using better ingredients that I can control.
This Korean Bulgogi recipe allows me to do just that in VitaClay. And it comes out so much better than I expected! With VitaClay, these intimidating recipes became simple, and now we can enjoy them at home as often as we wish, without the guilt!
