Honey chilli potatoes

Perfectly roast, perfectly spiced, a little bit of sweet, so good honey chilli potatoes that are prepared in Vitaclay.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups potatoes diced bite size
  • ¼ cup oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon red chilli flakes adjust to your taste
  • 2 tablespoon Cayenne peppers adjust to your taste
  • lemon juice few drops
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your potatoes into medium bite size.
  2. Take a bowl and add minced garlic into that.
  3. Add oil, honey, salt, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder and mix it well. Also, add lemon juice.
  4. Add potatoes and coat well.
  5. Now, in a vitaclay cooker, place your clay innerpot.
  6. Transfer potatoes into clay pot and add 2 spoons of water.
  7. Turn ON your vitaclay and select "stew" option under "slow cooking" and set time for 1 hour.
  8. Enjoy with your favorite dip.
