Fresh-Made Creamy Greek Yogurt with Honey in VitaClay made into in Mango Lassi Did you know how easy it is to make creamy Greek yogurt in VitaClay? Simply take out milk from the refrigerator and add in the last batch yogurt as a starter to ferment for overnight! That’s it! Here was the freshly made yogurt from last night with raw honey. I will make it a mango lassi later!

How to make mango lassi? Here is how:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately!
