Do you know how easy it is to make creamy Greek yogurt in a VitaClay? Simply take milk from the refrigerator and add in the previous batch of yogurt as a starter to ferment for overnight! That’s it! Here was the freshly made yogurt from last night with raw honey. I will make mango lassi with it later!

How to make mango lassi? Here is how:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately!
