  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter‚Ā£
  • 5 cups frozen corn, thawed‚Ā£
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream‚Ā£
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt‚Ā£
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper‚Ā£
  • 1‚Äď1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar‚Ā£
  • Pinch cayenne pepper‚Ā£
  • Pinch ground nutmeg‚Ā£
  • 1 cup whole milk‚Ā£
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour‚Ā£


  1. ¬†Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add corn, heavy cream, salt, pepper, sugar, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. Stir to combine.‚Ā£
