Cranberry Sauce


INGREDIENTS
  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 2 ½ teaspoons orange zest
  • ¼ cup freshly squeeze orange juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Brown Sugar, roughly ½ cup – 1 cup, (115 g – 152 g) - Use 40% - 70% of the total cranberries weight
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash the Cranberries: Remove the stems. Rinse cranberries under cold running water. Discard the soft, discolored & wrinkly ones.
  2. Combine all ingredients in your VitaClay. Cook on "Stew" for 1 hour" (VM900 or VF7700)
  3. Serve cold or warm with your favorite dish
