Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis, lower risks of heart diseases and boosts levels of the brain hormone BDNF, which increases the growth of new neurons and fights various degenerative processes in your brain. Plus, this recipe is super easy to make, all you have to do is throw in all the ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 15 oz organic coconut milk
  • 1 cup water of broth
  • 1 cup of onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 oz ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 medium potato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions
