  • 4 cups soaked (overnight) chickpea 
  • 8 cups water
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • 1-2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry,
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes,
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Add soaked chickpea and 2 qt water in your vitaclay. Set on Stew or Fast to cook for 1 hour or until chickpeas are tender.
  2. Drain water and mix well with the rest of ingredients.
