Anti-inflammatory Immune Boosting Detox Cabbage Radish Soup

Weekly anti-inflammatory immune boosting detox cabbage radish soup. You may add #Homemade veggie broth or #bonebroth to make it #quickneasy though I always add fresh onion garlic for extra protection when I was out all weekend!

Simply toss in all ingredients and set on stew or fast for 30 minutes!

Cabbage is antiaging, improves digestion, helps lose weight, strengthens your teeth and bones.

Radish reduces the heat from lungs, helps relieve itchy throat or dry cough and stuffy nose. Radish is loaded with vitamin C to boost your immune system and has natural diuretic properties that help eliminate toxins from the body, preventing from flu cold virus!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage of any kind, I used Napa cabbage here.
  • 2 cups radish or daikon, cut in cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 6 cups veggie broth

Directions

Add all in your VitaClay. Set on stew or fast for 30 minutes.
