2-hour Clay Slow-Cooker Tofu Curry Recipe

  1. Put the cubed tofu in your VitaClay slow cooker
  2. Add onion, peppers, finely cut garlic and ginger to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in corn, spices. Coconut milk, vegetable stock and tomato paste.
  4. Set the timer of your VitaClay slow cooker for 2 hours.
  5. Before serve, taste to adjust spices to your desired result.
