Why have a change over your usual diet (if you're an omnivore). Or if you're already one with mother nature, enjoy this Bisque inspired vegetarian dish courtesy of your Vitaclay unit!
- 1 small butternut squash
- 2 cups broth
- 1 small onion, chopped and sauteed in 4 T of butter (saute optional)
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- Sea salt to taste
- Load all ingredients into personal slow cooker, stir.
- Cook for 1-2 hours
- Add milk or cream if desired and top with sour cream to serve.
