Home grown sprouts using your VitaClay clay pot as a terra-cotta sprouter is one of the nicest ways to sprout, the clay keeps the sprouts hydrated, ventilated and cool. Most sprouts sold are chemically treated and they come with a risk of contamination too, homegrown sprouts are chemically free with zero risk of contamination if sprouted carefully. Plus our vitaclay is made with unglazed clay pot that is toxic chemical free!
My friend Patti just sent her picture on her newly sprouted mung beans in her vitaclay clay pot that I am sharing here.
1. Rinse your beans. Use a colander or strainer to thoroughly rinse your mung beans with clean water in the sink.

3. Drain and rinse the soaked beans.
4. Transfer your soaked beans in your #vitaclay pot. Evenly spread on the bottom of the pot. Cover with a clean wet paper towel. Keep the beans out of direct sunlight.
