Customer service was very nice helping me with my order. I got my shipping notification 2 weeks ago, but it hasn’t arrived and tracking isn’t available.
VitaClay replaced a non-functioning unit that was apparently past warranty at no charge...I cannot ask for better treatment than that...no one could ask for better service than that. It's very rare to find a company that is willing to compensate a customer fully when there is no obligation to do so. I have had amazing service from these folks - numerous emails and even phone calls - and cannot express a more accurate opinion of them, their company and their business ethics beyond this: Unsurpassed.
