Ingredients
2 lbs Japanness yams or organic sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup water

Directions
1. Add sliced yams and coconut oil in your Vitaclay and mix well.
2. Add 1 cup water in your clay pot (if you use vm7800 models, add 1 cup extra water and 1 extra tablespoon coconut oil).
2. Set on stew or fast to cook for 30 minutes.
3. Drain excess water out. Put yams in oven to brown over 400 F for 5 minutes or until yams turn to brown a bit. Add extra coconut oil as needed to brown faster (optional).
