Green onion is an excellent source of Sulphur which is quite beneficial for the overall health. It aids digestion. Due to its antibacterial and antiviral properties, it is an excellent medicine to fight against virus and prevents cold and flu.
Ingredients
3-6 green onions (white portions and the roots only)
1/2 cup rice
5 cups water
1-2 oz apple cider vinegar or any organic vinegar
Directions
Add green onion, rice and 5 cups water in your clay pot.
Set on stew to cook for 1 hour.
Add vinegar in the soup and drink. Use it with caution if your stomach is weak.
