A cup of warm ginger tea (optional with a teaspoon brown sugar) every morning will energize your “chi” up to prevent from cold flu virus attack!

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons ginger root (fresh, raw, about 2 inches of ginger root)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (or agave nectar, to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Directions
Add ginger and water in VitaClay. Set on soup to brew for 20-30 minutes.
Serve warm with honey.
