Ingredients

  • 4 cups of soaked, trimmed white jelly mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries 
  • 1/2 cup lotus seeds 
  • Brown sugar or rock sugar to taste 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all in and fill up a full pot or 2/3 of pot water  in your vitaclay pot. 
  2. Set on slow or soup to cook for 2-3 hours!
