Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup seedless jujubes
  • 1/2 dried Longan fruits
  • 1/2 Goji berries
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Directions

Add in your VitaClay #claypot and set on stew for 30 minutes. If you use the large VitaClay stockpot #clay pot, double the cooking volume, with 4x water to oats ratio. Feel feee to double the ingredients and water with 4 to 1 ratio. Set on fast to cook for 30 minutes.
