Spare Ribs With Sun-dried Mustard Greens (No BBQ Sauce Needed)

Why would you need barbeque sauce when you have this meaty, tender and flavorful Spare Ribs recipe? If you’re in the mood to play chef and going stir-crazy over meat dishes, why not give this dish a try with your VitaClay fast cooker? Ingredients:
  • A full slab of spear ribs, cut in singles
  • 2 carrots, cut in inches
  • 1/2 cup cooking wine or white wine
  • 2 oz of ginger, sliced
  • 2 -4 cloves of garlic
  • 2-4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dried mustard green (optional: if added, reduce salt or soy sauce to adjust the taste, to make sure not too salty)


Directions:
1. Brown the ribs on medium-high heat in a saucepan. Then transfer to your clay pot.
2. Add the rest of ingredients
3. Set on "Soup" to braise for 2 hours.

Stir well and serve with rice or noodle soup, and veggies
