A full slab of spear ribs, cut in singles
2 carrots, cut in inches
1/2 cup cooking wine or white wine
2 oz of ginger, sliced
2 -4 cloves of garlic
2-4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup dried mustard green (optional: if added, reduce salt or soy sauce to adjust the taste, to make sure not too salty)
Directions: 1. Brown the ribs on medium-high heat in a saucepan. Then transfer to your clay pot. 2. Add the rest of ingredients 3. Set on "Soup" to braise for 2 hours.
