Soothing and Beautifying Pear and Peach Resin Gum Syrup in VitaClay in Just an Hour

Soothe your lung and heart plus beautify your skin with this syrup made with pear and peach resin gum steamed in rock sugar. Enjoy this in hot tea or warm water. Pear may promote gut health, anti-aging, soothe your lung, nourish your “yin” and ease on your heart. Peach resin gum is rich in plant collagen for healthier skin, hair, & joints.

Ingredients:
1 pear, chopped
4 peach gums, soaked overnight and cleaned
3-5 oz rock candy sugar

Directions
1. Add 3 cups water in your stockpot or your Vitaclay multicooker.
2. Add pear, peach resins in a ceramic bowl.
3. Set on fast or stew for 1 hour.
