Roasted turnips, brussels and carrots in one pot

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped turnips
  • 2 cups Brussels, cut in halves
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or grass fed butter
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic

Directions
  1. Add all in your clay pot and set on stew to cook for 20 minutes!
