Rice Napa cabbage cauliflower one pot meal from the leftover rice! Simply delicious! Toss in all the ingredients in your vitaclay to set for 20-30 minutes!
Cooking under lower temperature (under 212F) to achive maximum nutrition for your peak performance!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1-2 cups Napa cabbage
  • 3 cups cauliflower trimmed and cut into ¼-inch-thick slices
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to coat
  • Sea salt
  • Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 cup broth, bone broth or vegetable broth


👩‍🍳 Add all in Vitaclay clay pot to set to cook on stew for 20-30 minutes.
👩‍🍳 Note, if you use the large stock pot, you need to increase the recipe for 3X to cook for 30 minutes only.
