Pumpkin Pie and Coffee: PSL is Affordable and Delicious in Clay!

Who doesnÔÇÖt love a great latte? And as soon as the calendar hits ÔÇťfallÔÇŁ every coffee shop has them. I love pumpkin, but the coffee drinks at those places are alwaysway too sweet for me. Since I take my coffee without sugar, I suppose IÔÇÖm not used to it.

My preference is to make coffee at home, because itÔÇÖs just the way I like it. On the regular, I make a bullet-proof latte that I just have to have every morning. But on special occasions, like the start of fall, I definitely crave those pumpkin pie spices.

This Pumpkin Spice Latte is so easy and so inexpensive to make in VitaClay, you'll never want to spend $5 for a sugary coffee drink again! You can make more or less based on how much you need, but you may like it so much you'll need a second cup! 


  • 3 c whole milk
  • 1-4 t coconut sugar or maple syrup (depending how sweet you like it)
  • ┬Ż t vanilla extract
  • ┬Ż t pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 oz brewed coffee
  • A dash of real salt
  • If you like it bulletproof: Add 2 spoonfuls each of coconut oil and butter


  • 3 T whipped cream
  • 3 pinches pumpkin pie spice


  1. Add all ingredients except garnish to VitaClay pot
  2. Set on ÔÇťwarmÔÇŁ
  3. Let it rest on warm all day to ladle out of the pot
  4. When youÔÇÖre ready to drink, pour into a mug, and blend with a hand-immersion blender until frothy
  5. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice to garnish
