One Pot Vegetarian Meal 

This Vegetarian Vegan One pot meal- Squash kale pasta made quick n' easy in Vita clay quick slow cooker! Simply add all ingredients and broth or water, push button on #stew for 30 minutes!
You may get creative adding with your favorite ingredients, spices or varies of combinations and adding broth or water to make it in 30 minutes! Makes up to 4 servings!
     

Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 12 ounces DeLallo whole wheat linguine or other pasta
  • 3 cups water or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup diced yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions (for vm7900 models)

Add all in your clay pot and set on stew to cook for 20-30 minutes.
Note: if you use vm7800 models, add 2 extra cups water or broth.
