Hungry? There’s nothing better than homemade comfort food, the old fashioned beef stew our grandma used to make! Over the years, there’s been so many beef stew recipes I’ve tasted but nothing beats what’s been cooked in our home. Of course, I owe it to my granny’s talent of perfecting the dish time and time again and now, it’s my turn to make her proud; I’m making my own version of the recipe! The meat (I used short ribs) was so tender, cooked with potatoes in Vitaclay in 2 hours! It’s tasty and granny approved it! What I love more is that I got to have some fun while letting my personal Vitaclay chef do the work. I think this clay pot cooker enhances a lot of natural flavors that pressure cookers might lose, but it's still faster then a traditional slow cooker. I just popped in the ingredients and came back to enjoy the juicy tender stew just in time for dinner! Enjoy this beef stew slow cooker recipe:
