Directions: 1. Place potatoes and onions in VitaClay pot. 2. Toss with good olive oil. 3. Add olives, pine nuts, garlic and rosemary. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Mix in vermouth. 6. Cover and set on Slow Cooking -Stew to cook for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. 7. Garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves and serve.
