Try this longevity and immune boosting chicken bone broth with ginseng, and shiitake mushroom — simply add a whole chopped chicken with a few herbs and you're set. This recipe is rich in collagen and other nutrients to keep you looking young and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz ginseng
  • 1 oz ginger
  • 1 whole free range organic chicken, cut in 8 pieces 
  • 5 pieces of clovers(optional)
  • 12 pieces shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • a splash of cooking wine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to your VitaClay

2.  Set on soup or slow to cook for 2-3 hours.
