Left overs Ham, Bone and bean soup- full of flavor, immune boosting, fresh antioxidants rich ingredients- onion, celery, carrots and Black bean. Black beans are super  nutritious to nourish our kidneys , our vitality energy source!

Perfect for a new year, kick starter to stay healthy and lose weight Yum 😋

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 medium carrots chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups leftover ham chopped in cubes
  • 1 leftover ham bone
  • 1 whole parsnip peeled and cleaned
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 8 cups bone broth or vegetable broth or water
  • 2 cups cooked black beans or white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsely chopped, for garnish

Directions:

1.Add all ingredients in your vitaclay
2. Set on stew or soup or slow to cook for 1.5 or 2 hours.

Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
