2 cloves garlic

¼ c shallots
2 Tablespoons Ginger
½ c Chicken Stock
Garnish
1/4 Cup Scallions
2 Tablespoons Cilantro
1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
Jalepeno (Optional)
