Garden Herb Roasted Potatoes

Roasted Garlic Rosemary potatoes from food network by Ina Garten modified to make in VitaClay 30 minutes.



  • 1 1/2 pounds small red or white-skinned potatoes (or a mixture), Cut in half or quarters
  • 1/8 cup good olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons minced garlic (3 cloves)
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 cup water or broth


Add all ingredients including 1/2 cup water in your clay pot. Set on stew to cook for 20-30 minutes.
