Directions:
Add all ingredients to your vitaclay pot. Set on soup setting for 1 hour or 2 hours.
Remove ham and shred. Discard ham bone and excess fat.
3. Add shredded ham to slow cooker along with 1 cup water and parsley, stir. Serve warm.
