I assume people who love mac and cheese are truly happy people. That’s how I feel about mac and cheese. It must have been sent from the heavens for human pleasure. This salty and gooey and creamy comfort food is absolutely delicious in every single way and just by the thought of it makes me hungry. The soft texture and of pasta, the creamy, rich flavor of the cheese, and oh, how about 4 cheese? I can’t imagine what is it not to love about mac and cheese?
