2 cups black beans, soaked for 8 hours
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Mexican seasoning
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt to taste
Soak beans with 6 cups water for overnight in your vitaclay pot.
Drain soaked beans (optional)
