This "superfood" Tzatziki sauce combining with all fresh ingredients is refreshingly creamy, tangy and delicious. It has probiotic rich yogurt, antiviral immune boosting garlic, onion, mint and lemon. I always try to include these in my foods for prevention. This easy tzatziki sauce recipe is a delicious summer condiment. Use it to dress up grilled veggies, sandwiches, and more, or add it to a summer platter!
The yogurt is super easy to make. Simply add milk and 1 few tablespoons of yogurt starter, mix well and set on Yogurt setting for ferment for overnight. Any of these models (VM7900, VS7600, or VM7800) would work!
Simply mix all ingredients together in your salad bowl. Enjoy!
