Creamy steel cut oatmeal with sweet potatoes porridge made in 1 hour

This simple mix doubles nutrients in your diet! Good for your heart and a sharper mind. I just can’t stop making and eating this everyday! It is cozy, comforting and makes you feel so good!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 -3 cups water (you may substitute 1/3 of water with milk)
  • Cranberry and nuts for garnish


Directions:

1. Add all ingredients in your clay pot
2. Set on delay to cook at 5 am, on soup for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
Garnish with your favorite toppings
