Chicken Bone Broth Made Easy in Vitaclay

(Chicken + your favorite spices + water) Cooked on slow or soup for 2-3 hours then simmer in warm for 10 hours! Adding bone broth to make delicious veggie soups, noodle soups, wonton soups, or replace the water in rice or pasta or dilute it in water to sip in warm... it’s healing, anti-aging, immune-boosting, and anti-inflammatory plus collagen-rich! The weekly chicken bone broth had become my weekly routine! Whenever you feel under the weather, the homemade broth does many magic tricks making you feel good inside out!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 free-range organic chicken (3-4 lbs), optional- cut in 8 pcs to get the richer flavor out of the bones!
  • 12-16 dried shiitake mushrooms, fresh is fine too)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons wine
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Water to cover the chicken

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all in your clay pot
2. Set on the soup to cook for 2-3 hours.
3. Optional: after cooked, let it sit in warm for overnight!
