How do I cook it? Really easy and simple! Keep beet steaming times to 15 minutes or less to preserve the most nutrients. 

Ingredients

  • 4-8 beets, cleaned
  • 3 carrots
  • 1-4 cups water
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • 1-3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar to taste

Directions

  1. Add 1 cup water in your #vitaclay #claypot, add #beets and carrots in your #claypot
  2. Set on stew or fast (note if you use vm7800-5c, add 4 cups water instead) to cook for 30 minutes.
  3. When cooked, peel beets’ skins. Cut in byte size. 
  4. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup juice from cooked beets. Mix chopped beets carrots with apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
