beef barley cabbage soup to help you lose weight fast

Ingredients

  • 1 lb grass fed ground beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 head of medium cabbage, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 -2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 - 2 cups organic tomato sauce
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup barley
  • 4 cups water or broth

Directions

1. Brown the meat on a sauce pan over medium high heat. Add onion garlic and stir for a few minutes. Transfer to your clay pot.

2. Set on stew to cook for 2 hours.

3. During last 20 minutes of cooking add cabbage. Continue to cook for the rest of time.
