Anti-inflammatory Leafy Greens-Kale and Chard Cooked in VitaClay for 10 minutes Perfect to “pair” with any proteins!

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 cups mixed greens
Directions:
Put all in your VitaClay pot and set on Stew to cook for 10 minutes.
Stir well and serve with protein or sausages.
