5-Ingredient chicken pasta with pesto sauce for last-minute one-pot lunch or dinner

5-Ingredient chicken pasta with pesto sauce for last-minute one-pot lunch or dinner

Hungry? Not sure what to make for dinner or lunch in the last minutes because we were so busy at work or babysitting with kids! No worries! VitaClay comes to the rescue and fixes your meal in the last minutes! How about a one-pot meal with 5 less simple ingredients- chicken tender, pesto, and pasta or potatoes? Simply dump in all ingredients along with homemade bone broth or water, and push the button! You are all set to go and come back with a delicious comfort meal in 30 minutes! I like to combine with a splash of wine for an extra flavor kick even though my clay pot really helps extract flavor molecules in foods and assists in dissolving fats, allowing ingredients to blend together beautifully while revealing their own unique flavors and tenderness. Yum!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 3 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 or 3 cups pasta
  • 2 or 3 cups broth or water and wine combined (optional for wine)
Direction:

Add all ingredients in your VitaClay and Set on Stew to cook for 30 minutes.
