Support each other during these uncertain times - join us in the VitaClay Chef Community

Hello VitaClay Family!

How are you holding up during these challenging times? How has your life changed?

At VitaClay we are big fans of health: in body, mind and spirit. Humans crave community and connection, and we miss interacting with friends and family right now. We have created a new community that will help us to connect with each other remotely. We are so excited to be making new friends all over the world!

We are using this time where we are all at home more to learn new recipes and develop new healthy habits, like getting out in nature more and cooking natural, healthy food at home!

We hope we can support and encourage each other during these uncertain times and build community online even while physical gatherings are limited.

If you haven’t joined us on our daily Facebook lives in the VitaClay Chef Community, we would love to have you! We are talking about all things food, health and living our best lives!

So far we have discussed ways to build our immunity and fend of sickness naturally how to make bone broth and why it’s so great; and the gut brain axis: what it is and why it’s so important.

But we want to talk about more than just food. We want to interact and build community, and we’d love to have you on the journey! So if you haven’t already, please come join our Facebook group here, then watch for our live videos every weekday at 12pm Pacific, 3pm Eastern! We can’t wait to see you there!

Here’s the link to join the group. We look forward to seeing you soon!
