HELLO FALL

HELLO FALL

Ahhh, Fall! What a wonderful season: apple picking, pumpkin carving, leaves turning to beautiful shades of orange, rust and copper.

Fall is the season of harvest, a time to reap what we have sewed. And if you have been busy building your immunity this summer, you should be reaping good health and wellness.

The harvest season also brings an abundance of produce to market. Depending on where you live, there are still the Summer’s tomatoes and artichokes but you are now starting to get eggplant and root vegetables. As the day’s get cooler the leafy greens such as kale will get sweeter because the cool weather is what really makes them come alive.
