Hearty Vegetable gumbo stew

Hearty Vegetable gumbo #stew with fresh ingredients: okra, tomatoes & bell peppers from backyard, #organic #mushrooms, cauliflower, potatoes, onion, #Cajun spices. Stewed in my #vitaclay for 1 hour. Satisfying, nutritious and delicious!

Cauliflower sooth my lungs specifically needed in the fall, okra balance blood sugar, prevent migraines, boost memory, support immune system with a rich nutritional profile including vitamin B, C, folic acid, potassium and calcium. Tomatoes are good for your kidney (source of your essential energy production), heart, skin & hair, protect your eyes and you from sunburn, maintain strong bones, boost immunity, prevent cancer.

Add in all ingredients once and set on stew for an hour. Moms are never happier than this, saves her time in the kitchen so she can have more time playing with kids!
