The kudzu plant is sometimes known as Japanese arrowroot (superfood) or pueraria root powder has the effect of rescue and detoxification, which is beneficial to the regulation of endocrine in the human body, and can also help in weight loss. Kudzu root flour should not be confused with arrowroot flour. While both kudzu and arrowroot starches are made by a simple, natural process, Kudzu is far superior in jelling strength, taste, texture, and healing properties.

Kudzu is used most often as a thickener in food. It serves as a gluten-free, healthier alternative to cornstarch. Kudzu flour is a source of prebiotics, rich in potassium, B-vitamins and iron. Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • Cilantro to garnish

Directions

  1. Add bone broth in your vitaclay clay pot multicooker. Set on stew for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix arrowroot flour with 2 tablespoons water.
  3. In about 10-15 minutes, when the soup comes to a boil, crush eggs in a boiling soup, add arrowroot flour and stir well to avoid lumps
  4. Garish with cilantro
