Over the past year we've gotten a lot of health advice from experts: on TV, online, from doctors... and a lot of it contradicts other advice we hear.
As we approach the one year anniversary of Covid-19 and everything that has happened in our lives during this time, we have been reflecting on what health is and how to truly achieve it in a sustainable way.
Medicine is great, but isn't it even better when we don't need it? What if we can prevent illness, protect our health and build our immune systems at home, every day?
Fortunately we can! The kind of health advice we love doesn't change, and it isn't contradictory: eat real food and reduce your exposure to toxins. It's always been the secret to a long, healthy life!
As we navigate this world post-pandemic, it's important to remember the foundation on which our health is laid: every meal we eat contributes to either health or disease.
