Finish the Year Strong with Nourishing Bowls...

The end of this year will be very different than years past for most of us: no holiday parties, no office party (sigh of relief?), no big family and friend gatherings, no sports events, no concerts. And, if you are like many, you have already cleaned out the closets and fixed all sorts of things that needed your attention. Then you may have some time available for YOU.

Take this time at home to review your health and happiness and see if there is room (or need) for improvement. Finish the year strong instead of sliding into to 2021 head first because:

“We are indeed much more than what we eat, but what we eat can nevertheless help us to be much more than what we are.”  – Adell Davis
